I have always enjoyed looking after children, and have done so for more than 10 years. I have been running a daycare in my home for approx. 3 years, and after having my son Zachary in 2009, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to expand my daycare and take on a few additional children. My ratio is 5:1 so I can have one on one time with each of the children.

I developed a daycare program that provides and encourages learning, play, and friendship experiences for children ages ten months to four years. I plan weekly "themes" which incorporate into our scheduled activities and menus and I also provide a daily record for you to see exactly how your child spends each day and to see how your child is advancing.

Peas In A Pod Childcare is smoke-free, Peanut-free and BPA-free.

I provide two healthy snacks, and a nutritious lunch. For kids who come before and/or after school, a healthy breakfast (if needed) and after school snack are provided. 

The children are in a safe and loving atmosphere, where they are given plenty of opportunities to learn, play and express themselves creatively. For those who require bus transportation, the daycare is on route 52. I have a fully fenced yard, large deck and yard for outdoor play, and lots of room inside.

Peas In A Pod Childcare has a mascot; Charlotte, a three year Calico cat. She is extremely friendly, and she enjoys playing with the children. Charlotte is a small animal, and she provides an excellent opportunity for the children to become socialized with cats. However, if your child is nervous or scared around animals, she can be kept in a separate area of the house, and away from the children.
